Scope and terms
What we take on, what we ask you to keep elsewhere, and how a shipment starts. Everything below is written to be checked.
What we handle
- Packed consumer goods, parts and components, for container, pallet and parcel freight.
- Sourcing support, consolidation at origin, door-to-door or port-to-port moves.
- Customs documentation, duties and taxes, delivery to a warehouse, a marketplace or an end customer.
- E-commerce replenishment and returns for sellers shipping across borders.
What we do not handle
- Shipments to, from or for parties in countries or on lists sanctioned by the United States (OFAC), or goods that require a licence we do not hold.
- Live animals and personal effects.
- Anything regulated: batteries, liquids, chemicals, food, medical devices or goods under export control. Ask first, and we will tell you before booking whether we can move it.
How a shipment starts
- You send the product, the quantities, the packaging and the destination by email.
- We answer with routing options and a landed-cost estimate, in writing.
- You confirm; we book with the carrier and send the documents as they are issued.
Nothing on this page is a binding offer. Payment, cancellation and refund terms are agreed in writing before each shipment.
